Hot lava (the chain looking thing at the bottom) which is for the centipedes (segmented bodies in the middle top) and jelly fish (upper right) to eat.
It seems that going to Hawaii has deeply embedded itself into Anya's artistic sub-conscious.
Hopefully this won't lead her to become the next Christian Lassen (see below).
Note: As Anya is looking at this blog post she says, "Oh I like that picture!" I've created my own worst artistic nightmare.
