Easter

We had a great Easter weekend. The weather was perfect - 70's and sunny, instead of the usual 40-50's and raining. We met up with some PEPS friends to do the Laurelhurst egg hunt again and the kids had a good time. Anya got a decent haul and - bonus - only about half of the plastic eggs were filled with chocolate. The rest had non-chocolate candy that she liked. Afterwards, Anya and I went to a baby shower to celebrate the impending arrival of a new Scheuer (Christy and Rogan).

The next day, the Easter Bunny left a basket of goodies (stuffed rabbit, lots of hair accessories, paper dolls, a bunny popper/gun-type toy, and a bit of candy). Kid seemed pleased with her treats. Then we went to Lynn & Steve's for a delicious Easter dinner, another egg hunt in the back yard, and a bit of family bike riding. Happy Easter!
