Microsoft had a day of activities yesterday and the family went. It was a great time. We ran a 5k in about 50 minutes. There was an awful lot of running and jogging, a fair deal of walking, a bit of sitting, and a touch of crying. But there was notably NO carrying of the child. We were impressed.

There was also a kids area with several jumpy houses. All of these videos were shot AFTER running a 5k and jumping in the jumpy house.
